Mason & Friends 30-Day Refund and Exchange Policy

At Mason & Friends, we are committed to providing high-quality products that spark creativity and learning. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our 30-day return and exchange policy.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. Items that have been used or show signs of wear will be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the condition of the product.

Partial Refunds for Used Items

If the item has been used or is not in its original packaging, we will offer a partial refund based on the condition of the product upon inspection. The amount of the partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis, typically reflecting the diminished value of the product.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for the same product due to a defect or dissatisfaction, please contact us at Support@MasonandFriends.com 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the product you wish to exchange is not available, we will issue a full refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund:

  • Full Refund: If the item is unused and in its original condition, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refund: If the item shows signs of use, we will notify you of the partial refund amount. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return.

How to Return an Item

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
